Restricted from Internet Options

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator


The above message appears whenever I attempt to access
Internet Options through IE6: Tools>Internet Options. But
strangley enough, not when going through Start>Control
Panel>Network and Internet Connections>Internet Options.

I'm the only who uses this computer, so I'm the "Admin"!

I tried restoring my HD to a previous state/restore
point, but the only one available was just the day
before, when the problem was still occuring. Short of
reinstalling WinXP and...OFP, does anyone know how
to "unlock" the browser?
