restrict internet access

I need to restrict internet access to a family member. I have XP Pro;
everyone has their own account they log in with. I don't see an easy way to
do this with local security policies. Suggestions?

I am having the same problem, we have AOL with a time limit set, but my
children go to Internet Explorer, isn't there a way to either remove it or
block it?

Open Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options/Content/take a look at the
Content Advisor to see if it will accomplish your intent. If so, set it up
with a Password your kids or whoever cannot easily guess.
