restrict guest account

I have Windows XP Pro and I want to restrict the guest
account. Here is a list of some of the restrictions:

Not be able to access the Display Properties from the
desktop
Not be able to add, delete, or modify items on the
desktop.
Only selected programs show up on the Start Menu
.....
and similar stuff

Any tips would be appreciated.

You can use the local security policy snap in from Administrative Tools to
set restrictions on local user accounts.
