Restrict access to Microsoft Internet Explorer v6.0

Hi

I need to stop access to the internet by one or more users on a multi user
PC. Can anyone help please, as always it will be very much appreciated.

Is it because you don't trust the users or some other reason? You could
always have the firewall stop any access to the Internet but if the
users in question are, say, children that you, as a parent, can't
control, chances are the only way you can stop access is to pull the
plug or learn how to communicate with them.

Children are not involved, if only is was that simple, but adults are. We
need to have access to the internet during normal working hours, but not
though the night when adults with little to occupy there mind tend to see
what they can find. Also we need to maintain our email 24/7
