Restoring the 'Linked To' field in Business History - how do i?

I've accidentally deleted the 'Linked To' field in my BCM Business History
view. I've reinstalled the software, but that hasn't restored it. Anyone
know how I do that.... when I go to the Field Chooser, it doesn't show
BCM-related options....

Umm... how did you manage to delete it and which version of BCM is this?

It's not a BCM option, look for All Contact or All Appointment (you get the
idea) fields.
