restoring system state and or full backup set to server of different hardware

Any documentation on this?

I got a win2k server running iis and sql server.

data is backed up but the system and boot drive are hosed.

I need to restore system state and boot and system partitions to differnt
box.

hardware different

any ideas how to do this

please help
