restoring ntfs partition win2000

can you help me please !
I used by mistake the command Fdisk on Hdisk C wich contain win 2000 pro
sys, in place of drive D, and i suppressed NTFS partition and i create Fat
partition.
Can i restaure the NTFS partition with all the files and foldres that
contained before this manupilation?

No, you cannot. It is gone unless you stop using that
drive right away, and either purchase low level data
recovery software and use it, or send/take the drive
to a data recovery expert that has the correct toolset.
