Hi,

I was trying to use the connection wizard in Windows XP to install a
wireless and one cable connection to a router. After running the connection
wizard, my network places disappeared from the start menu. If I click on my
network places in windows explorer nothing happens. Is there a way to bring
back my network places with all the submenus listing the connections? Any
help would be greatly appreciated or advice on which news group would be
best to get some technical assistance. Thanks.

I don't know whether this will cure your situation, but Kelly has a
registry fix to restore network places to the start menu at line 74,
right. You might also want to check her a-z area.
