I had installed some Rogers software and when i
uninstalled all of it there is still the rogers icon on my
IE at the top right. I was wondering how to get rid of it
or just restore my IE back to its original form

Hi,
To remove branding from IE:
With no IE windows open.
Start> Run> type in or copy and paste:

Rundll32 Iedkcs32.dll, BrandCleanInstallStubs

Click OK.
Restart Internet Explorer

If unsuccessful with that:

I went to the site to restore the original IE logo because
the other method didn't work but it said:

To restore the animated Internet Explorer logo, delete the
BrandBitmap and SmBrandBitmap string values under the
following registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Toolbar

The two string values mentioned above were not there and
the rogers logo is still on the browser, how can it be
removed?

Try this line (Start> Run- paste it in to avoid a typo:)

rundll32.exe iedkcs32.dll,Clear

If that doesn't work, check MSCONFIG> Startup for a program which might be
rebranding IE at startup.
