Restoring Go "News" in Outlook 2003

I had setup the Go "news" and everything was working
great using the newsreader with Outlook. I was
previously using OE. My "news" has now disappeared from
the Go menu. Setting up "news" is not showing as an
option under the Go when trying to setup thru customize
commands. Any help on restoring this menu function. TIA

To get the News command back, go back to the Programs tab in Control Panel |
Internet Options and change the default newsreader to Outlook Express. If
OE prompts you to make it your default newsreader the next time you launch
it, click the "Don't ask me again" box and then click the No button.
