how permanent are 'permanetly deleted' files?
i accidentally deleted the wrong file from my desktop
that was too big for recycle bin.
is tehre any way i can restore the file and everything
contained within?

Entering "restore deleted files XP" in Google returned 117,000 references in
less than the time it took to type this. I'm sure one or more of them will help

Try not to use your system, because deleted files are still on the drive,
until the space they occupy is overwritten. Download Restoration, a FREE
utility to recover deleted files, and see if you can recover that file. You
