restoring downloaded emails back to server HELP!!! PLEASE

I just set up my outlook to download all my emails from my register.com
server.
I accidentally forgot to click the option to leave the emails on the server,
so as not
to delete them. So ... they were deleted and now I'm trying to put them
back on the
server just the way they were before. The register.com help said it couldnt
be done. I've forwarded all the emails, but they're clumped into one email.
HELP!! Any ideas on how to restore my servers' emails.????

Once downloaded, the only method to get them back on the server is to forward them to yourself, elect to keep a copy on the server, and then move them to a folder that you created.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
