restoring disabled messages

Hi. I was wondering if anyone knows how to restore disabled messages, these
would be the messages that have the check box next to the phrase "Don't show
this message again" or "Don't remind me again". Thanks for any help.

P.S. I am pretty sure it has to do with editing the registry, and resetting
values to 0, but I don't know what keys to edit. Thanks again.

Why isn't it??? Doesn't Outlook have prompts that can be disabled?
Certainly the message "Turn on journal tracking" isn't an operating system
prompt. But thanks for your advice, noted, and ignored.
