Restoring "Deleted Items" in Outlook Exress

I guess I deleted "Deleted Items" in Outlook Exress an now I can't delete
anything. Any ideas on how to restore "Deleted Items? Thanks.

Just make a new profile. That will make a new Deleted Items.

Just out of curiosity, how did you manage to destroy the "Deleted Items"
folder? I ask only for future reference.

Thanks George. I bumbled through profile a couple times and it worked. I
had collected about 70 new spams in the interim so it was good to get delete
working again.

Just make a new profile. That will make a new Deleted Items.

With OE closed, it's possible to locate and delete "Deleted Items.dbx".
That's one technique recommended for dealing with some problems in
deleting messages. Normally it's not necessary to recreate the folder
yourself, as OE will automatically do it when next restarted.

Evidently in this particular case something got corrupted and that
prevented the automatic re-creation. The corruption may have been
responsible for the folder's disappearance in the first place.
