Restoring deleted files in home directory?

If a user deletes files/folders from his/her Home Directory (Windows 2003
server), can it be restored?
 
If you have Volume Shadow copy enabled, or if you have an offline backup of
the files, then the answer is yes. Otherwise ... when you delete a file on
a server using a client PC the file goes away immediately.
