restoring address bar

In attempting to restore the address bar I've tried two
things: 1. dragging the cursor down from the task bar,
hoping to uncover an inadvertently hidden address bar;
2. clicking on Tools, then making sure "address bar" is
checked. Neither works. Suggestions?

Download IE Addressbar fix from here:
http://www.angelfire.com/dragon/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to
defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
