RESTORING A DELETED PROFILE

Hello
I wonder of anyone can help.
I have inadvertantly deleted the user name/password and
profile of the previous user of my computer. I do not have
a record of the password. I had not realised the
consequences of this - the e-mail settings, In-Box, Sent
Items, My Documents all gone. Is there any way to restore
these deleted settings and allocate them to a new user?
Thanks in advance to anyone who takes time to respond.

Not unless they are in the recycle bin or you have a backup.
