Restore to what? If it's system restore you're talking about often you
have to disable it to diss the past restore points, reboot, then enable
it again. MS system restore is not a perfect science.

System restore wont fix that.

I could try for a week and not come up with anything
nicer to say about SRP's than you have.
I usually refer to them it terms limitied to four letters.
Anything more than two or three points back is almost
worthless because of all the garbage left... and after
a while they've used up a BIG chunk of your hard drive
unless you have gone thru the steps to limit their size.
It's hard to beat a good backup program
