The rstrui.exe file is the Restore application. Yours may be corrupt or missing
Do the following to correct this problem
Start/Run/type CMD and press O
at the blinking cursor, type sfc /scannow (there is a space between the c /
and press Enter. Have your XP installation CD ready to insert
This will cause XP to scan for missing or corrupt files and ask you if yo
want to replace the file. Happy putering!
