Restore won't start up

Restore has been working fine, but now when I go to
restore I get the following mesage:
"This application has failed to start because
framedyn.dll was not found. Re-installing the application
may fix this problem.
How would I go about Re-installing just restore?

Any help would be great

I experienced a problem with my restore not working also -
i posted a message a few days ago and was told to turn
Restore on and off and that worked for me - give it a
shot and see.
