restore without windows cd?

I have lost my windows cd for the winbox at my house. The computer was
custom built so it does not have a restore partition. Is there any way
to restore it without any cd? By the way, I don't mean using the
windows restore thing, i want to completely reinstall windows on a
blank system.

If it was a retail license and you have proof of purchase:

If it was an OEM license, you should contact the computer's
manufacturer.

No, you must have an installation CD.

kind of curious. How did you end up with a "blank" system? Can't you
install your old hd that has the o.s. into it?

Just a clarification, i don't have a blank system, I have one that
needs to be clean sweeped, hopefully making it blank (other than the
windows install) sorry for the confusion.
