restore window

Hi, I can minimise & maximise a window but can't get it
to 'restore down' although it was working fine before
today. This doesn't happen in all windows, specifically
in Outook Express at the moment. Any ideas? Thanks.

I would suggest installing the latest version of Outlook

Express. Let me know if this solves your problem and
have a nice day.
