After i leave my computer idle for a while, i will have to enter my password.
But i would it to display the welcome splash screen and not the classic one.
Anyone knows how to change that? Thanks

1. Click Start - Control Panel - User Accounts
2. Click "Change the Way Users Log on or Off"
3. Make a check mark on "Use the Welcome screen".

Hope this help, let us know!

There are 2 accounts, one is Administrator and the other is a limited account.

I hope you are not on domain. Check the article:

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;303594

and what happened when you turn on your PC first. Do you see the Welcome
Screen or the Classic screen?

shaoen01,

Classic logon is displayed (after a screensaver timeout), if the following are true:

1. Welcome Screen is turned off in User Accounts
2. Third-party GINA is installed (Ref: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=302346)
3. There is only one user account configured to be displayed in the Welcome Screen. IOW, all except one user account is hidden from the Welcome Screen, using a tweak program (such as TweakUI) or via manual registry edit.

And, the Welcome Screen is disabled when the PC is connected to a domain.
