Restore User Accounts % Malke

Thanks to a response from Malke to another post, I was able to restore my
Administrator user account via: Ctrl-Alt-Del twice at the Welcome Screen,
etc. However, once I restart, the problem returns and I hve to do the
foregoing steps all over again and again. Is there another step to take to
make the restore function permanent???

And as for you, Malke ... THANK YOU so very, very much. I'm tempted to grab
you by the ears and kiss you on the lips ... JUST TEMPTED !! Many, many
thanks again.
