restore unsaved email

I was trying to move my tasks into a folder to save them once completed. It
created an email message with all of the tasks as attachments. Which of
course I did not save... Now all my tasks are gone. PLEASE tell me there is
a way to retrieve them from somewhere on my computer.
 
Check the Deleted Items folder to see if the item is there. Also, next time
you need to create new folder that holds Task items not a mail item folder
to store the completed tasks.
