restore system

i have a restore disc but it won't work. i'm so confused. i want to restore the whole system! If you can help please do
 
Hi

Is it a 'Recovery' disk? How do mean that it won't work - any error messages? Have you set your CD drive to be the first bootable via the BIOS? You can find info. on how to do that in the manual that can with your motherboard. Have you tried your PC supplier to see if they can help?
