can windows xp pro be set so it makes restore points automatic? and how many can be made in one month?and how is it done. thank you paul c.

It should automatically save restore points for you already.

Check to see how many you have by opening System Restore:
Start, All Programs, Accessories, System Tools, System Restore.
Choose "restore my computer..."

All the bold dates are restore points.

Click on "Help and Support" on your start menu, then type "System Restore"
in the box at the upper left of the screen. It will tell you all you want to
know.
