Restore Point Error

Hi

I have Vista Ultimate installed on an Acer machine. It works great except
it will not allow me to make a restore point. Everytime I try and make one
it comes up with an error and says unable to make a restore point. I'm not
in front of the machine right now but by memory it is a .dll error. Any
suggestions would be helpful. I don't have the Ultimate disk as it came with
it installed. Thanks.
