restore Performance Monitor Counters

Hello,

I've accidentally deleted the "Processor" performance counter category
(which includes the "% Processor Time" counter. Is there a way to restore
this category?

I'm using Windows XP and I've found this posting but it seems to only apply
to windows 2000 and 2003.

If that fix will work for XP, I'm also wondering if doing that will delete
all the counters that have been added by other programs.
