Does anybody know how to restore Out of Office Assistant when Outloo
is NOT running

The previous solution I got applies only when Outlook is not running

Thanks in advance

Your previous question asked about restoring the OOA submenu. A menu wouldn't be available at all if Outlook isn't running. Are you asking how to turn the OOA on? If so, there's sample code at http://www.cdolive.com/cdo5.htm

Hi

I searched site for OOA related topic, but I didn't get any clue fo
solving my issue in those articles. Can you please point out specifi
article related to this

Thanks in advance

What's your particular issue? And what site were you looking at?

The sample at http://www.cdolive.com/outofofficecalendar.htm shows how to use CDO 1.21 in Exchange script to turn OOA on and off. The same technique -- using CDO or Redemption -- would apply to an Outlook application to do this.

If you want your routine to run when Outlook is shutting down, invoke it when the last Explorer closes.
