Restore "My Documents" on the desktop

I have long since deleted the desktop "My Documents" folder on both my
XP Pro and 2000 systems. I am interesting in restoring them, but am not
sure how.

"My Documents" does exist, I had re-pointed it to C:\MyFiles, as I have
been the only user of both systems. That will change and I'd like to
restore the desktop on my user accounts before other user accounts are
added.

How do I do this?
