Restore Modified Files Back To Before They Were Modified.

Heeeeeeeelp!
I have modified a file and now I want it back to the original file before I
did that -
It is a Jpeg file and I saved over the original. Can I restore the computer
to before the modified date and it will fix my problem? Or is there a program
that will allow me to do this? There are about 700 files so I am hoping
someone can help and say YES you can do it!

No, it seems highly unlikly it can be restored. When a file is
acidently deleted it is quite posible it can be saved, but not when it
is over writen.
