restore lost icons

My microsoft icons have switched to white rectangular boxes with a blue
stripe. I installed Tweak UI but that didn't help. Can someone provide
another solution? Thanks.

Have you tried right-clicking the toolbar and hitting Refresh? I suspect you
are talking about the Microsoft Office toolbar...
