Restore Figure 1 default text in Caption label drop-down list.

How do I restore the Figure 1 default text in the label drop-down list in Word
2003 Caption dialog box?

I inadvertently deleted it (I don’t recall how) and I do not know how to
restore it.
I suspect it is located somewhere in the registry but where?
