Restore email messages and address book from CD back-up

I had to reinstall XP (SP2). All my email messages and my address book are on
seperate CD's and I have been unable to put them back into Office Outlook
2003 (with Business Contact Manager) . Does anyone know how to do this? DBX
and WAB files. Thank you!
 
Outlook uses neither DBX nor WAB files.
Did you manage to save your Outlook data?
 
I'm not sure what you mean by Outlook data, sorry. My hard drive was ghosted
to a new one but the email and address book apparently didn't make it across.
The tech put those on CD, from the old hard drive image: the files on the CDs
are all DBX and WAB and I can't open them with anything I have. That would
explain why I can't import them, copy, or drag them, I guess. Any
suggestions? Thank you!

The file you need is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where all the
mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
