Restore Down Proportion

I'm trying to keep my page in proportion when I restore down a window. How
can I keep pictures/graphics from moving and covering something up. For
example with the following page it shifts the map over into the background
image.

Also, how do you add a "text tail" to your cursor in Frontpage.

I answered this for you yesterday, so let me try again in different word.

After the <body> tag, add:

<table>
<tr>
<td width="150"> </td>
<td>page content goes here</td>
</tr>
</table>

The, move all your page content into the space designated above as
"page content goes here".
