"Restore Down" messes up formatting

I am creating a new site and have not yet published it to the web. I used
the Restore Down button (minimize) to better view another page, and when I
did, my site really got wacky. It scrunched everything up in an attempt for
everything to stay within the boders of the new window. I am hopeful that
this is only a Preview problem and that it won't happen when it is
published???
 
No, it will not display that way when published. I ran into the same problem
and found it was a error with FrontPage and IE. Hope this works!
