Restore Down and gone

I have a user that attempts to minimize her outlook 2003 session by clicking
the restore down key. Although, when she clicks it, the entire window
disappears to what looks like the upper left of her screen (although when I
try to find it with the mouse, I can't). The only way to get the program back
is to maximize the screen again.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sounds like Windows has somehow set the remembered location for the restored
down Outlook window to to somewhere off the visible desktop. Try this:

1. Restore down Outlook so it disappears
2. Right click the Outlook taskbar tray icon and select move.
3. Without hitting the mouse button, use the arrow keys to move the window
back onto the screen. In your case, tapping the right and/or down arrow keys
repeatedly should do it.

Hope that helps.
