restore deleted records from a query

Hi. I mistakenly deleted some of records from a query. This resulted in the
relevant records deleted from the parent table. Is there a way I could
restore those deleted records. I know there was warning that the data will be
permanently lost if I delete. Please don't ask why I deleted inspite of the
warning. All help is appreciated.

AFAIK no. Your only chance is the overnight back-up :-(
