restore cd

i got my laptop with windows XP and didn;t get the
restore to factory settings with it, my question is who
do i call to get this cd, my memory is almost used up and
would like to start over. thank you

That's the responsibility of whoever build and/or sold you the laptop.
 
If the company didn't give u a restore CD or a Windows XP
OEM CD just call them and they should be able to send u
one.
