Restore Button

What happened to the browser RESTORE BUTTON?
E-Mail message is interupted by a message to close message
& click the subject button.
I no longer see it in the Bar.

I don't know of a Restore button in either IE or OE.

Thinking of Refresh?

What would the difference be? I was assuming that his Toolbar
had changed...

Maybe he means Restore Defaults in IE | Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Or, Reset Web Settings in IE | Tools | Internet Options | Programs.
And, what Bar does he mean in which program? He does mention mail, which
could be in OE or it could be Web mail in IE. Unless he answers we'll never
know. And we can't send him email.
