Restore AD Domain Controller

Does anyone know how, or can you direct me to a thorough
and comprehensive document that describes in detail the
steps necessary to restore a Windows 2000 Active
Directory server from a tape backup.

In other words, we would like to do a bare metal restore
of our Root Active Directory domain controller using
IBM's Tivoli Storage Manager tape system during our March
disaster recovery test exercise.

Our goal, if possible, is to restore the Win2K (or as
much as possible) and our user and all other objects, as
well as the DNS and DHCP services that run on this server
as well.
