Restore a image in other partition

I have a image from my disk c:. I would like to restore it in other
partition ( d.

I restored the image in the partition (d, It work ok. but when I
tried to remove a program, i have problems cuz the references in the
regedit are pointing to the c:.

there's a way to repair the references to the partition (d where is
running the OS.

No, there isn't. However, if you explain in detail what you're
trying to achieve then there may be a way around this problem.

You need to first hide the first partition first with a 3rd party boot
manager, or similar with that capability. "D:" will turn into "C:" at that
point.
