Restore a deleted file?

After many hours of entering inventory for my at home
business, I had 2 excel pages open and when I closed what
I thought was one of them, it closed both and none of the
information I entered for my inventory was saved Is there
a way to recver the lost information?

For the next time:

You may want to take a look at Jan Karel Pieterse's AutoSafe (note spelling)
program.

It doesn't overwrite the existing workbook when it saves. It saves to a user
selectable folder. And when it's done, it either deletes these backups (or puts
them in the recycle bin). And the user can always restore the backups from the
recycle bin.
