restore a deleted contacts folder

Hi I asked this question the other day and received an answer but when I
click on Read and Rate the Response is goes to another screen but their is
nothing there !!!
Also the same when I click on continue receiving notifications.
I will sent this to another email address and may have better luck in
retreiving your answer

My question:
I transferred contacts from one folder to another and went to delete the
empty folder and I totally lost 5 folders. They are not in any deleted Items
Folders. I have Outlook 2003

Answer is still the same. If you removed the items from your Deleted Items
folder they are gone. Restore from your most recent backup.
