How do I set the default positions of the tool bars and the address window?
Thanks.

To restore the default IE toolbar layout, follow these steps:
1. Close all instances of IE
2. Open Registry Editor (regedit.exe), browse to the following registry key:

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\]

3. Delete the "WebBrowser" sub-key
4. Close registry editor and restart IE

worked perfectly thank you.

Download IE Addressbar fix from here:
http://mvps.org/sramesh2k/reg/IEToolbar.reg

[Close all browser windows and apply the .REG script]

Deletes the following registry key; Resets Toolbar, Addressbar positions to defaults. Restores hidden/missing bars:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar
