restarts after shut down

I have XP Pro, it runs great. The only thing it does is
restart on it's own after i try to do a shut down. I had
Roxio CD creator on but uninstalled it and it still does
it.I also deselected auto restart and it still starts on
it's own. I don't know where to go now. Does anyone have
any ideas?
