I connect to my work network (6 workstations) using remote desktop. I need
to restart one of the workstations that is running 98 (all of the rest of the
workstations are running XP). Is there any way that I can do this remotely,
such as from a command prompt? Thanks for any help.

Try to open the taskmgr from the "run" menu ( winlogo+"R" ) then click
shutdowh then click restart, then logout from the remote desktop...
