Restart

When I click the restart button from the "turn off
computer" option, my computer shuts down as if I hit
the "Turn Off" button. It does not attempt to restart.
I can push the power button and it starts up fine. I'm
just not sure whey "Restart" is not working correctly.
Any ideas?
