restart in standard mode

I turn off the recovery and I restart my computer in safe
mode. How can I co back to standard mode?
 
Restart the computer and it should be out of Safe Mode.

Turning off the computer should do it. Go to start, turn off the computer
and click turn off. Wait for it to fully turn off, then turn it back on.
